I can't sign into my cPanel, so I went to the support chat thing and he tried to fix it, but it still didn't work, so he said to request a Support Ticket, but the site wouldn't let me, said I had to sign in and it wouldn't let me, so the guy said he'd do the Support Ticket thing for me. I was just wondering how I'll know if my support ticket thing works or not. Will I get an email or something?
