We are closing ALL support tickets at the help desk (not the forum support threads). If you have one that needs attention please re-open it and we will get to it as soon as possible. Because of all the changes we've been doing lately there are a lot of tickets that have been solved that we just do not have time to go through.
So, again this is only if your support thread was escalated into a ticket. You can login to the support area and re-open it. Otherwise you can submit a new support thread and have that escalated.
