Support Tickets?

My thread, http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/123071-error-website-default-web-site-page.html, has been escalated to a Support ticket. how is my question gonna be answered? My website is plariouse.pcriot.com. If you can help me, that would be great.

Go to Account Panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php Login with forums username and password.

Click on support at TOP menu. There you can see your newly created ticket. See reply from staff and post your reply there.

If it was escalated yesterday i don't think you will get a reply that fast.. It takes 24-48 hours..

Also, do not keep bumping it by replying to it without staff - it's sorted by last response, so you actually keep bumping yourself to the back if you do.
