Due to people who fail to read http://status.x10hosting.com before opening tickets saying that services are down, we have been flooded with support tickets over the past two weeks. As the vast majority of these tickets were about servers or services not working correctly (which we are already aware of) and it was difficult to find the 0.1% of tickets that were actually legitimate within the mess, we have completely cleared the ticket system. If you had a legitimate support request, we ask that you please either reopen your existing ticket or create a new one so that our volunteer support team can assist you.

However, we ask that you do NOT open any support tickets for the time being (the next couple of days) about the following topics:
  • CloudFlare not working
  • RVSiteBuilder not installed on the servers
  • PHP issues such as missing extensions, memory limits, and other configuration aspects
  • Anything even remotely related to emails
  • Anything listed on http://status.x10hosting.com or here in News and Announcements
  • Slow sites

If you have any of the following issues, please open a support ticket so that we may assist you:
  • Account stuck on "Resource Limit Hit!" page for longer than 4 hours
  • Addon domains showing "Index of /" page instead of website content
  • "Permission Denied" notices or FTP in general not working. Please also post the username and password you are trying to log into FTP with, as it will assist us in isolating and fixing the issue

We are aware of all of the above issues (and a few more) and are working to resolve them. The recent round of server maintenance, while the bulk of it is complete, is still ongoing as we want to ensure that what we currently have works properly before we (re)install new things. This, however, takes time and will likely not be done in the immediate future, but please rest assured and be patient knowing that our administration is working as fast as they can in order to resolve any issues with the servers so that we can get back to fully functional as soon as possible.

UPDATE: We've gotten a few more things done, and I have updated the list in the post above for things you now SHOULD open support tickets on in the event they do not work.

UPDATE: We are currently aware of FTP disk full and cPanel suspending itself due to disk full issues on all servers, and are working on it.

Softaculous should now be up and running on all servers except Boru, which is currently being worked on.
