VBulletin v.4.0.3 script there and I'll delete it and not going unpublished.

The nulled scripts comes under zero tolerance policy. So you account can not be unsuspended.

The script I have just uploaded in /home/xxxxx/public_html/a/, and have not even run the installer script.
and the mysql database that I prepared for this xxxxx_vb still empty. if there is no tolerance for this? If the script is already installed, it's okay .. I understand that if the zero tolerance policy

As far as I know the suspension system is automatic for nulled scripts. When the server detects the nulled scripts on accounts then the server suspends immediately.

And there is no tolerance for it because there's no tolerance for it in US Copyright Law - whether it's installed or not, it's illegal, and x10 could be held liable for it if they don't take immediate and decisive action.

Hence why it's suspended permanently and why it got suspended automatically right off the bat.


Just wanted to add that on for further clarifications
