i got Violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content.

im request for unban...My brother did wrong in control panel. he add vb nulled on this site...i ask him not to put in webhost...im sorry, will not upload null forum annymore..i will use smf or phpbb. Thankyou

Nulled software falls under the Zero Tolerance policy of x10hosting, and sadly enough you won't get unsuspended for it.

* No Warez! Absolutely under no circumstances do we allow any type of illegal or copyrighted material on our servers. Breaking this rule will get you a permanent suspension, we have a zero tolerance policy regarding this.

And it's the typical "my brother did it" excuse, as always. One of the top 10 excuses someone makes when they get banned.

It doesn't matter if you admit to being wrong. This falls under a zero tolerance rule, and your account will not be unsuspended.

I really hope a lot of other users will read this thread and consider what happened here.
You agreed to the terms of service when you signed up. You had to agree in order to get your account. But you decided not to actually read the terms of service. That is not a good course of action at x10Hosting or any other service that requires you to agree to terms of service. Too late in this case, but you might want to think about that in the future.

Your account will NOT be unsuspended and your account will be automatically terminated after 14 days. You will not get your files back. There is nothing else to discuss. The matter is closed. If you continue to post on this subject after you have repeatedly given an accurate and final answer you could receive negative attention from moderators.
