So, in a nut-shell,
* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.
While we're at it let's throw in some:
* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.
* Adult Material: Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of x10Hosting.
Illegal Material for copyright infringement, unless you actually have redistribution rights for -every- image you have on there, which I would doubt.
Adult material is a hard one to confirm without the site being up. Irony is I can actually confirm the Adult Material suspension without even viewing it. You've got a very intriguing file inside the SX folder in WallPaprers involving part of a beat of burden used to transport people and supplies across the desert. To put it lightly, that'd go under Lewd/Obscene.
So, to recap: We've got a massive amount of File Hosting, a massive amount of Copyright Infringement, and at least 1 Adult Material and probably more. This would be a permanent suspension for violating the File Hosting rule, Permanent for violating Copyright Infringement, and Permanent for Adult Material - as they say in baseball, you're out!
Edit: Adding a 4th nail to your permanent coffin. You've got a .sxx folder in the SX folder in the WallPaprers folder. With 1 folder 694mb in size, involving the words porn, mania, XXX, spanish, DVDRip, and a website you got it from. Consider yourself permanently suspended, don't bother opening another ticket or you'll find what it's like being banned from the forums too.
