Is not hard to login on the forum. It is a free web hosting company, and they don`t force you to be hosted by them. By entering the forum every 2 weeks lets them know that you mange your site and you are active.
There are users that register and use the space of the servers but don`t use this service anymore. That is why they suspend accounts if the user has not entered the forum for 2 weeks.

For my point of view the rule of entering the forum every 2 weeks is a good thing, that way the users that don`t want to be hosted by x10 will not use precious space.

The rule are not getting changed. You either log in to the forums once every two weeks or you will be suspended. It's not like you even need to post.
