(Suspended) Accidentaly hit refresh too many times

I kept getting "Lost connection to MySQL server" errors on my database update script so I was refreshing my php script, I didn't realize you can only do it after certain intervals before it suspended my account. I think I did it too frequently like 3-5 sec per refresh
