Suspended account and can not logon

At the moment you hosting account is not linked with your forum account. Most probably it might have suspended and terminated because of inactivity.



You have to login to forums atleast every 31 days and go thorough the forum for a little time say 5 min to 15 min so that the system recognizes your activity.

I think you can register new account

I am trying to create a new account but when I enter my forum email address it gives me an error email
address can not be used.

One more question if I became paid customer can I have my website and settings restored?

You hosting account is terminated means all your files and settings regarding your hosting account are gone.
