suspended account because of chat service

My account has been suspended because I use a chat that needs mysql.
I'll remove it but I need to access my cpanel.

Chatscripts were explicitly mentioned in the TOS as being disallowed for the amount of mysql queries they take; its a permanent suspension we can't remove.

Just a marketing tip, instead of suspending accounts, you'd rather send an email suggesting switching to paid hosting, sure that 99.9% would stay with you.
By suspending, you just make people switch to another hosting service.

Thanks for using x10hosting. You are in breach of our free hosting terms of service. If you promise to read and abode by the paid tos please feel free to go for a managed paid hosting service or an unmanaged doityourself vps.

Irrespective of this, you did not abide by the free hosting tos that you agreed to when you signed up. It is for this reason that your account is permanently suspended. If you would like to dispute this please feel free to do so but if, on inspection, it is found that the suspension is justified, higher 'penalties' may be applied.
