Suspended account, can't log in

Hey there,

My account was suspended, either for inactivity or high system resource usage and the thing is I can't log in to the panel to unsuspend myself automatically. Could an admin please do that for me please? I have been trying to recover my account but to no avail. Username for the account panel is nccair. Many thanks.

Are you logging into the account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with your email address instead of username? It will only accept email addresses to log in now.
