Suspended Account (CGI)

Hello Support,

My account has been suspended because I use cgi-telnet. Please accept my apologies because I really do not know that the cgi-telnet is not allowed on this server. My bad..
I use a cgi merely for ease of file management, like file moving, chmod, etc.
I NEVER use that for any hacking purpose.
Is there any chance for me to get my account back?

Your account's suspension falls under our Zero Tolerance Policy.
There is no chance of you recovering any of your data. Your account will be suspended until it is terminated. No backups are allowed. There are no exceptions.
Once your account has been terminated, you are welcome to create another account provided you do not break our Terms of Service, Zero Tolerance Policy or Acceptable Use Policy.
