Suspended Account - Need to download contents

Hello,


My account now is suspended, I have requested to unsuspended but doesn't work.


My question is how i can get the last backup of my files available to download?

As was detailed in your suspension ticket, the suspension was due to software that is against our Terms of Service, which means the suspension was permanent. In addition, the response indicated this: "At this time, data backups are not available as detailed in sections 6 and 8 of the x10Hosting Terms of Service." I have quoted the relevant sections below:

6. System Backups
Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the terms outlined on this page.

8. Suspensions
If an account is suspended for a breach of the Terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.

In essence, if you didn't make backups prior to the suspension, it's too late to retrieve them now as all rights to the account have been forfeited due to the breach of the Terms of Service that caused the account suspension.

ok you are right but tell me what can i do ? i have lost my site please do me one favor for given my account database.

There is nothing that can be done; as already stated, the account was suspended due to a breach of the Terms of Service. When that happened, all rights to the account were forfeited; we are not able to provide backups, whether partial or in full, of an account that has been suspended. This includes any files and/or databases on the account. If you didn't make backups before, it is too late to do so now.
