Hi dragonbeard,

It appears to be your hosting account is not linked to forum account. Most probably it is suspended for inactivity and then terminated.

You can re register for new hosting account using the same forum account.

You have to login to forum atleast every 31 days. Login to account panel or cpanel is not counted as Activity.

Only forum login counts activity.
