Unfortunately I can not check the status of their data, because I do not have access to cpanel. My username / password not accepted. Also, still no access to my page http://gorkypark.x10.mx. How can I recover my site?

Hello, i can see your website okay.

It must be a caching or DNS problem on your end, can you please clear your cache and flush your dns and see if that resolves the issue.

As for your password not being accepted, can you please submit a password update request in cPanel, it should be processed within the next day or so. Then you should be okay to log into cPanel.
