My account has been suspended for phishing which is an invalid suspension due to the fact that it issues a password reset for users at my company, if you will not unsuspend the account, please send me all the website files for the account all javascripts htmls, etc.

One of the staff caught your website violating our TOS and suspended it, so There is doubt about that.
Also we don`t allow suspended users to backup there files. Because these files contain illegal file that breaks Our TOS.
