suspended account

My account is seams to be active when open control panel and account page but when open the web site it says this account is suspended. What should I do?

Are you able to access cPanel?

If so, try deleting or edited the .htaccess file in the root. Your own .htaccess should be named .htaccess.suspend. Rename it or copy the contents over to .htaccess.

If you are not able to access cPanel, please post back so we can assist further.

Advisory, I got informed that won't work - .htaccess is owned by root and not by the OP, so he lacks the permissions to overwrite it.

That said I learned a few tricks from Hellsheep and I've gotten it unsuspended; your cPanel password will need to be changed at your account panel before it'll let you login to cPanel though.

Thanks for the support. Kindly note that I am not able to access my cpanel. it says that the user name or password is rong. even I have changed the cpanel password but it still not working and I am not able to accsess. Kindly advise.
