suspended account

Hi , My account has been suspended , and gets suspended again when i unsuspend it. Posted a ticket allready, but problem remains. Seems like an endless suspension while loop!

I did install some plugins, but can't undo that as long as im suspended, and im way past 3 suspensions alleady...

Please let me know how to solve this problem

I uploaded a counter from a php script site and a mailing list from the cpanel plugins. then i also uploaded the site from my HD,
it contains a lot of images. Your unsuspension didnt last, thats been the issue all day.
The last change before the first suspension was the mailing list i think.

If it makes it easier, if you can just delete everything in the public html folder , i can re-up the site and then carefully try to install the plugins...

Problem: As soon as the account is unsuspended, something begins running and causes another suspension, so Laila cannot get to the site via cPanel or FTP to fix it.

Escalating to a Support Ticket so an Admin can help you. This will close the thread but you can follow it by clicking on the yellow bar at top OR by logging on to the Account Management System, https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php
