Suspended Account!

Dear Sir,

My account was suspended due to the reason "Reported emails as spam zt." I don't even understand what is it. I kindly request to unsuspend my account because i have very important files on my server. And if you believe i made a serious im very sorry and i promise you i won't do such a mistake once again.

This is a zero tolerance violation of x10hosting's terms of service. What happened is that you reported emails from x10hosting.com as spam, when you had agreed to have an account here anyways. This makes it more and unnecessarily difficult for other users to get their important emails from here when you've helped cause x10hosting to be on an email blacklist. This is inexcusable. You will not get your account back.
