I don't see any results searching for that username. If your account was suspended for a period of 14 days and longer, then it would have terminated. The account would be deleted with no backups. Feel free to sign up for a new account.

You should be able to. Log into your account panel first https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with your forum username and password, and then follow the links there to create your new account so that it gets attached to your current forum account.
