Good morning. I would like to inform you that my account has been suspended numerous times. I only use the moodle e-learning system when that happens. Could you please unsuspend my account and please tell me what triggers tha action so that i would remove or fix that function? Thank you in advance.

Whatever software you are using at the time your account stops working is the problem. You may need to contact the software author to find out how to lower it's resource usage. You may also want to consider upgrading your account, which will give you more resources. I don't think many people here have experience with moodle, but you can always ask questions and see if you get any replies.

I've unsuspended you for now, but you can request this unsuspension through your account control panel in the future.

Thank you for your immediate actions. I have already created an unsuspension ticket. I reinstalled the whole moodle but the system created the automated suspension page again. What course of action do you recommend?

I have unsuspended your account again.
However, you need to immediately determine what is causing the high system resource usage and attempt to correct the issue.

During updating my moodle site through softaculous my account got suspended. Please unsuspend it
