Hello,

I have problem with my account.Could you unsuspend it?I need to login into my cPanel to make some change on my website:http://playersgb.elementfx.com.I'd like to change display content and the language which I used.Also already I have purchased for prime membership.

You're still using an unsupported language, which isn't allowed on Free or Prime. It is only allowed on Premium and VPS.

Hi,

I don't have access to my cPanel,that's is the problem.If I login once I'll be able to change my language.

Unsupported language is a permanent suspension.

Not sure which came first though, the suspension or you upgrading to Prime as they show the same date, but either way Prime would not allow you to bypass the language rule, the only thing that allows other languages is Premium hosting, or a VPS.
