Suspended Account

I have understood that my account has been suspended due to Warez sharing. Is there anyway for me to collect my database files although I know there is a zero tollerence policy.
Finally, if this is not possible, how can I delete my account so that it will remove it from cloudflare and the chopin server ?

How do I terminate my account though ? Cloudflare won't let me remove my site and I have no access to cPanel.

Hello,

The account will be terminated sometime after 14 days of suspension.
In the meantime, you can have no further access to your account, its files, or databases.
