Dear Support,

I am writing in regards to my suspended hosting account (skillt3ch.x10.mx) in hopes of having it re-activated.
The reason for the suspension was due to the fact that I had a php mail script which could allow the forging of email headers. As a novice programmer / web developer I was merely interested in how the scripts worked and decided to test them in a controlled environment; these scripts were not intended for any misuse or malicious intent.

Furthermore, X10Hosting did not provide me with any prior warning which I have deliberately breached, I was just instantly suspended. I decided to use X10 based on word of mouth and several recommendations, and had intention of registering a premium account with you, however if you do not see fit to re-activate my account I will be inclined to seek another hosting server.

Thanking you in advance,

(skillt3ch@gmail.com)

Hello,

I am going to unsuspend your account. Please remove the script immediately via FTP or the cPanel File Manager -- attempting to access it online again will simply get you re-suspended. Should you get re-suspended for this in the future, you will not receive another second chance and the suspension will be permanent. Should the script remain on your account in 12 hours, you will be re-suspended.

You may also wish to review the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (linked to in my signature) as they give a definitive list of what is not allowed on our servers. We have less restrictions on Premium accounts as well, and will give you fair warning in advance to remove the offending content before suspending your account, we just need to be more strict on Free Hosting because of the very small percentage of people who actually follow through on the second chance we give and the higher percentage of people who sign up simply for the sake of abusing our service.

Hello,

Since it seems that you did not heed my advice and still tried to access the script via the web, this suspension is now permanent. Per sections 6 and 8 of our Terms of Service, your account is permanently suspended and all access to it has been revoked. Your account will be automatically deleted in around 14 days, perhaps longer.
