Suspended account

It appears my account is suspended, but unknown why, perhaps inactivity. Can someone get the account un-suspended?

I believe the forum name associated with the account is taxchamp. I hope this helps. I have logged in and the account is indicated as active, however the email address that I utilize with this account is still unable to send or receive messages. That email is don@taxchamp.net. Unknown if you need it, but the account title is taxchamp@x11. Hope this info is helpful to restore the services. Thanks, DKS

according to what i see, everything looks normal for taxchamp.
im not seeing any suspension on my end. did you get an error code ?

for email i just use the mail.mywebsite.com method for both the pop and smtp settings.
i dont use imap settings. this has always worked for me.
