In my panel it shows the information that the account was suspended, I believe I forgot to log in for a few days beyond the time required by the rule. I would like to reactivate because I use it for programming studies and website administration.

If suspended for inactivity, you can reactivate it yourself. You may have to click the green button that has the name of your service to get the suspension reason.
