I can't believe you closed my thread without giving me a chance to reply. My account may not be suspended, but it says it is on the front page and I can see my site, AND I can't get my email.
I'll copy and past what is says when I log in:
Your hosting account was suspended because:
Hosting account suspended for inactivity.
Automatic Unsuspension Set? No
To have your account unsuspended, create a thread on the forums.

It does not tell me I need to create a certain thread, it just says "create a thread". It doesn't say I need to fill out an Unsuspension Request, what a pain in the ass! Just because I forgot to log into the forums I need to go through all this?

Sometimes I forget to log in to the forums until I get an email error then I remember, so I will unsuspend my account and go to the forums. This time it's different, I can't unsuspend the account and logging into the forums did nothing.

edit: I think it is nice that you offer free hosting and you don't ask for too much. For me though, it's too much. I was just looking for something free for one of my customers, I do web design. I have a reseller hosting account @ bethehost.com and usually offer free hosting to my customers but my space is filling up so I needed an alternative. If my customers are willing to follow your rules, this is a nice service. Oh, and one more thing, speeds seem to be fine, actually, for free, I'd say your speeds are fast! Also, having cpanel is really nice.

I agree. It doesn't say to make a certain thread. Did you read what I wrote in your thread?

That is something that seriously needs fixed.

Again, as I clearly mentioned in your other thread :

And if you have clearly read our TOS, rule #7 in fact, it clearly mentions that all you have to do is login once every two weeks to stay active. There is NO posting required.

So, yes. You have to go through all that if you violation one of our TOS, that when you signed up, you clearly agreed to ( or else you wouldn't of signed up )

And Chris seems to have unsuspended you in your correct thread : http://forums.x10hosting.com/suspended-accounts/57511-unsuspension-request-ati.html

We close threads when there is no need to comment. You were given the correct instructions on how to post, apologized to for the message that states incorrect information. Not exactly sure what more you were looking for?

What more am I looking for? Forums and conversations in general are a 2 way street. The first reply to my post about being suspended was "your not suspended" making me look like a fool. I just wanted to reply to that but was unable to and thought that was kind of low.

Firstly, unsuspend account is available from the X10 menu at the top of the forums, and one of the main 'stickied' threads at the top of the "Free Hosting" support section (http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/21599-important-information-read-before-posting.html) points out where to put an unsuspension request.

And secondly, you are able to reopen closed threads under Thread Tools at the top of the window.

If you want to follow this up, reopen this thread, otherwise, CLOSED.
