Suspended Account

When going through the X10 menu above to reqest unsuspension, I get the following error:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Domain/Subdomain: primelogicit.x10hosting.com
Suspension Reason: Ad only visible when scrolling down.

Please unsuspend my account and instruct me how to avoid this in the future. The ad was only out of place on one page of the website, and was clearly visible on every other page. I will move the ad to the top if need be.

You are on the corporate plan which requires that you place the ads on top of all the pages. You will need to do this. I have unsuspended your account, please make sure to place the ads at the top of all the pages.
