I was suspended yesterday for inactivity, so I logged into the forum, then went to the control panel and requested to be unsuspended. Now I'm once again suspended. Whats the deal?

You will receive a suspension for inactivity if you don't sign into the forums every two weeks. You don't have to post, you don't even have to read anything, just sign in and you're set.

Are you suspended for the same reason? How long has it been since your last suspension for inactivity? And when you "requested" to be unsuspended, does that mean that you went to your "unsuspend yourself" page, or did you file a support ticket?

There have been some problems with self-unsuspension requests over the last couple of days.

If you are sure you went thru the correct procedure in your Panel, & it hasn't worked correctly for you, then you'll need to get a Support ticket.

My site was back up and running fine yesterday, but when I went to it to show a co-worker, it was down bc it said I was suspended AGAIN.

Did it tell you why you were suspended? It couldn't have been for inactivity again, seeing as you successfully logged in and unsuspended yourself a single day prior.

Just in case you didn't catch it, he stated that it was working after he unsuspended himself.

Um... did you try reunsuspending yourself?

yeah just did and its pending. I guess if I have the same problem on this 2nd go around, I will fill out a ticket. it just really sucks to have this down time, but thats my penalty for being sick for 2 weeks and not being at a pc

The system was a bit buggy because of the server transfers. Re-read my first post please.
