my hosting account has been suspended ... the reason mentioned is "User transferred to another server. "

I would request to kindly unsuspend my account asap ...

Hello, this is because of the issues with cossacks. By the looks when a user is transferred their account on the old server is deleted so the account panel can modify the information pointing to the new server.

Currently Cossacks is having issues with its disk, all accounts are being transferred off it. I wouldn't be too worried about it. Since the account suspended is on the old server.

I am able to visit my website ... but logging into cpanel gives an error " login attempt failed "...

How can i login into my cpanel ...


is the link for logging into cpanel has been changed or it is the same ...

Is my data stored in the hosting account safe ...

and when will this issue is going to be solved completely ...

You will be able to visit your website, but you won't be able to log into cPanel until the account is transferred correctly and fully working.

The data stored is perfectly safe (unless the drive fails).

The issue will be resolved as soon as possible, unfortunately i can't provide an ETA as i do not know one.

can u tell me that my hosting acc. server i.e., cossacks is being transferred to which server ...

when your is back up, you can just use
http://yoursite:2082/
or
http://yoursite/cpanel
to log into cpanel

Hello, if your account has been suspended on the old server, it's most likely that it's already been transferred and all data is on the new server and is safe.
