Suspended after loging in.

My free hosting account was suspended recently for lack of activity. I had just logged in a week earlier and did some work on the HTML code of one of my pages. Not sure if this is something I did wrong or not.

You have to login to the forums once every 2 weeks..

You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.


Please login to http://x10hosting.com/control with your forum info and you can unsuspend yourself.

Thanks for the quick reply. As I assumed it was a problem on my end. I take it that I have to log on to the fourms not just my account. Thanks for the help

One small question and I apologize for being a little slow but I just want to make sure I understand correctly. You said "You have to login to the forums once every 2 weeks" and then followed that with "It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active"
It isn't a problem either way, I just wanted to make sure I don't screw up again.

Also I clicked on unsuspend yesterday, just waiting now

The 2 week requirement changed into once per month a few months back. The requirement is to log into the forums at least once a month. Make sure you stay a few minutes so the system properly records your visit (you can read the News and Announcements) Posting is never required.

Sounds good, every two weeks would keep me out of trouble, but once a month at least.
