Suspended again - Inactivity

Hey! I've been suspended for inactivity a couple of times and I always managed to unsuspend my account somehow but this time I can't find it, Can someone tell me how I unsuspend my account so I can do it in the future? I thought it was just log into the forums but I have just done that and no luck. How do I request an unsuspension on the account bit?

Log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and click to look at the current suspensions on your account there. There should be a link or button to unsuspend yourself from there.

Thanks! I've sent a request now, Close this thread.

But.. I kept going to that page and the button was never there as it said I already had a request going when I don't think I did. Well I had a domain change one going.

Hmm...I used to be able to see a list of account actions, but that's changed so I don't know if your domain name change has gone through yet. Your account is not currently suspended so your unsuspension request has gone through already.
