Suspended AGAIN

I have been suspended for high resource usage again. This is the 5th time in 6 days. Last night i got warning 3 and i it was unblocked today now it has happened again. Could somebody please tell me what is going on? How do i fix this? Will upgrading my account help? Why is this happening? My members rely on me to keep the site up and running and if it keeps failing they will just end up leaving. Help .

Please dont lock this and say its gone to a support ticket because when i follow a support ticket link it says access to page denied and i never get any answers.

I've unsuspended your account now.
Some plugins/mods of some scripts (like forums and blogs) consumes a lot of resources from the server (cpu and ram), you must to look for the heaviest plugin/mod and disable it.

Thanks, Would upgrading my account to any of the premium hosting packages stop this from happening?

With our premium service you don't get this type of suspension

what punk meant to say is that paid hosting does not have the same resource limitations as free does so it is very unlikely to get your account suspended for that on premium. (it would need to use very extreme amounts to get suspended there)
