Suspended AGAIN

I'm trying to install my website and every time all I get is this

Account Suspended

reason : Using to many resources

This is really annoying as I wanted to really see how X10 was like before upgrading to a premium account, things aren't looking very well at the moment.

This is the 5th time this has happened to me and all I'm doing is using YOUR script install service

Please advise if this thing happens a lot and I'll take my sites elsewhere as I'm looking for a reliable host.

I have just went premium and I'm still suspended, cmon please sort this ASAP

Moved to level two support
Our paid hosting is not instant. A admin needs to move your account first.
