Suspended - An error has occured

Ok, yesterday my account was suspended. Reason: Needs to be linked to my forum account. I did this already when i signed up.

Anyway, i tried to login and link it again but, i get this error.

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

So, i try unsuspending it which worked but, that is all i had time to do yesterday. Today i was going to attempt to upload my files and database but, i am suspended again with the same error when i login.

How on earth am i supposed to link something when i cannot even login? Not to mention i already did this. Is it going to keep being unlinked?

I have unsuspended my account but, that error is still preventing me from accessing the control panel. Unless i am doing something wrong which may be the case since this whole process is quite confusing.

I am also probably running over my time period of one week to have a site up although i have tried to get it up but, either i am suspended, get errors or the databases are down.
