Suspended and Cannot Post to Forums

Hi,

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this: My account was suspended and I was instructed to post a new thread to the forum, however, whenever I try to add anything anywhere else on the forum I get an error message and it indicates I may not have permission to do so. What's my next step?
