Well you suspended me because you wanted proof that I had a license of Mccodes Version 2 so here is the text of the license:

You must agree to the general license below in order to use MCCodes.

0) GENERAL TERMS
The Product refers to MCCodes 2.0.0, or any later version.
You refers to the person who is the legal owner of this license of the Product, who is normally the purchaser of the Product.
The Licenser refers to MCCodes.com.

1) USE
You may use this Product on ONE domain name, and at your option, you may also maintain one copy on a testing server for betatesitng purposes, although it must not be publicly released, and the Register must be disabled on it.

2) REDISTRIBUTION/RESALE

Redistribution and/or Resale of the Product is forbidden. If You do one of the above, you are effectively terminating your license to use the Product, as well as anyone you distribute it to.

3) MODIFICATION

You may modify the Product to your personal needs. In addition, you may sell your Modifications you make, but they must not contain any of the Product's base files - any edits to the Product's base files must be distributed in instruction form, rather than the patched file.

4) TERMINATION OF LICENSE

In the event that your license to use the Product is terminated, you must remove any and all copies of it in use. The Licenser reserves the right to terminate your License with valid reason.

I can also email you the file to prove its on my system, just please give me my account back.

If you would like to talk the the owner of mccodes go here as I know him: makewebgames.com

Proof of License doesn't mean License.txt, that's clearly on the account. What we normally look for is proof it was actually purchased.

In any case I'm monitoring this now as I have opened a support request with MCCodes to verify if any of the domains on the account are showing valid licenses; if any are we can remove the suspension. If any aren't, then I'll update it to reflect that.

Then no I do not believe I have the original License, and mccodes will say I will not, however I have spoken with them and they agree that it is fine as long as I am using it for learning purposes only.

If this turns out wrong, could I at least get my files back as I stored important files that I would like to download.

If it turns out that there is no valid license for MCCodes, then as x10hosting is a -public- testing server and not a private one (we've ran into this on another account) and it'd be the equivilent of a licenseless vBulletin, which runs as Warez/Copyright Infringement.

Private testing is one thing, but I was able to actually open and view it - that's not private at all.

Right now we're waiting for MCCodes to reply; until then we cannot make changes to the account. There is no way to make it "private" on x10hosting as we explicitly disallow warez, and having one running without a license is equivalent to pirating it, which is warez.

Ok well could I still get my files back please? Is there anyway to do that, they are pretty important.

And yes I got mccodes from a friend for learning purposes that I will use offline now.

Again, we can't do anything until MCCodes replies to the support ticket. If they say it's unlicensed then there is -nothing- we can do as it's equated to Warez and results in a permanent suspension. If it's licensed, great, the suspension comes down and we're all happy.

I have then updated the suspension to fit the current details.

As per MCCodes Copyright:

6. The Customer may upload one copy of the Product to a private server for testing purposes - however, no-one apart from the Customer is allowed to access this testing copy of the Product.

The problem is we are a public server, not a private one. This is now a permanent suspension for Copyright Infringement on MCCodes and this suspension cannot be removed for any reason.
