Suspended and instructed to make a support ticket

My hosting account was just now suspended for "consistently high cpu usage". I don't believe it has been that high, ever, and this might be a mistake. But even if it isn't could I get my account unsuspended. I was just about to transfer my site to a new paid host, and then it died on me. Please help!

If this is 3rd time then post back here. I will Escalate you request to staff. They will un-suspend you

That is another part of the problem. It said it was my first warning and I could automatically unsuspend myself. So I clicked unsuspend then it bounced right back with the same suspension, but said it was my 3rd warning! What do I do? I really want to get my site downloaded and NOT have it deleted...
