Suspended and moved to new server

I received the e-mail that I was in danger of being suspended due to inactivity. I did log onto the forums, but apparently not soon enough. I went to reactivate my account, but I have been moved to a new server and could not do it automatically. May I be reactivated please? And BTW, which server am I on now, I need to redirect my domains.

Read before posting: "Account suspended, user moved to another server" You haven't been suspended for inactivity. Your server name shouldn't change, but you can always check your account panel to find which server hosts your site.

I can see that I was moved to Fris, but my account still shows as suspended in the Account Panel, although 2 of my 3 web pages are up and running. I can recreate the third, it was still a work in progress so its no big deal.

I would like to know how to get the suspended tag off my account however. I did submit a support ticket as told in the Account Management Panel, but I never got a reply to the Support Ticket.

So what do I do?
