Suspended? and Not VIP?

Alright, I logged in to check when my next payment is due, and it says my account is suspended. For host inactivity? I am guessing because I havent logged into cpanel in awhile (no need to) but I checked I can log in and do everything as normal. But when I log-in at the main x10hostings page It says it is suspended. Also I was told that I would get VIP Status if I was a paying member. Correct me if I am wrong, but if I am not then I also do not have that.

you get suspended if you don't logon each 2 weaks on the forum

No, paid members are not suspended for inactivity or prolonged high resource usage.
