Given that it's a manual suspension there's not a lot we can do, however I do have one question.
What's in FF7NES.zip?
<meta name="Author" content="Apple Inc." />
<title>Apple - QuickTime - Download</title>
<meta name="omni_page" content="QuickTime - Download" />
<meta name="Category" content="products" />
<meta name="Description" content="Download QuickTime 7 Player free for PC and Mac. Upgrade to QuickTime 7$

Shoutbox on IPB, IPB's not free software, but the part that's showing the copyright infringement is the Test subfolder - why exactly is there a copy of the Apple Quicktime download page in there?
Heres some pieces of it:

Your site isn't Apples, so why is there so much stuff of Apple's being hotlinked from a file on your account?
Edit: And for that matter why is there a Quicktime_Update.exe and download.mov in there? I'm having an extremely difficult time believing that wasn't a poor attempt at phishing or installing malware to unsuspecting users systems. There really isn't any reason to have a page masquerading as Apple's on your account. Ever.
It was a test, following a youtube video, which shows the .mov subtitle exploit. Here is a link to the youtube video. The file is caught by anti-virus software while downloading anyway. If I were to try something malicious, I wouldn't use my personal domain, which has all of my private info in the registrar. Link to youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8oOSADh0h4
The exploit is caught by every anti-virus, including Microsoft Security Essential, Norton, Kaspersky. I can give you the source to that executable, proving it is not malicious either. It only opens a ribbonform stating that it was a test.
As a professional programmer, why would I bother with a 'poor attempt'? The reason for me using a free webhost was to save money.
So you intentionally uploaded an exploit to our servers?
Excuse me, I just want to make sure I get this right. You uploaded an exploit, KNOWING it was an exploit, and you wasted our time having to go back and look and see what it was?
From our Acceptable Use Policy:

Your site is the kind of site that gets x10hosting blacklisted at McAfee. You will not be unsuspended. Ever.
