Suspended due to high useage of system resource

PLEASE GIVE ME ONE CHANCE. THIS TIME I WILL SURELY RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WILL DELETE ALL MY FILES & RE-install joomla. so that the problem could be shortout.
