Suspended Every Day

Hi, Can you let me know in a bit more detail which processes are casing my account to keep getting suspended ? It always seem to happen between 11am and 3pm GMT.

Some WordPress plugins can use a lot of system resources. First thing you should do it take a look at any plugins you are using.

Hi Carl,
Thanks for the reply, Ive been disabling plugins over the last couple of days now.
Ive taken out the sitemap generator and some others.
Ive also stopped wp-cron running aswell.
Im wondering whether its the amount of traffic Im getting ?
I get over 3000 spiders per day
and over 3000 hits
what do you think ?
