Suspended for a wrong reason?

Apparently my account has been suspended for massive cpu/bandwith usage. I only have a few php scripts that could do that, and they wouldnt do that. How can I get my account unlocked?

High CPU Usage suspensions can be self unsuspended. In your Account Panel, there should be a "Send Unsuspension Request" button in the Suspension Report Section assuming this is not your 3rd warning. If it is, a staff member/admin will have to unsuspend you.

It says it is my 3rd warning for it.
