Suspended for browsing cPanel...

Hey, a few days ago...i was suspended for prolonged high resource usage, i was only refreshing the server status page in cPanel, no major scripts are running on my site, the only big thing is the phpbb forums, but even then, they aren't active, and there is only like 3 members registered...i keep getting suspended while refreshing the server status page in cPanel, and it ONLY happens when Stoli has a high server load, it seems to me, that if stoli has a high server load, and you try to refresh the status page to much to keep updated on the status of the load, you get suspended for high resource usage, is this meant to happen?

Are you running any certain mods on your phpbb forums such as games?

that's the only thing i could think of... and if it's just the refreshing making the load higher (likely) don't do it as often, all i can think of.

No mods at all, nothing resource hogging anyway, just the admin announcement...It only happens when refreshing the server status in cPanel, but only if the server im refreshing for has a high load, like Stoli was at 56.05, i refreshed the page to check if it lowered and i got suspended for high resource usage.
