Suspended for 'high CPU resource usage'?

Hi, I've just been suspended for 'High CPU Resource Usage' after using my WebDisk. I sent an automatic request for unsuspension, but then I got the suspension again while using my web disk?

Can somebody please give me a explanation on this matter?

Your thread has been brought to the attention of staff. They will look into with more detail on what is causing the suspension.
