Suspended for high system resource usage(for the second time)

Hello......
I've two wordpress blog installed in my hosting account. my account got suspended showing the reason as high system resource usage. I unsuspended myself from the control panel. Again I got suspended for the same reason and now I couldn't find the option for unsuspension.
I don't know why this is happening. I guess one of my plugin may be the culprit.
can anyone tell me which plugin(or types of plugin) uses much system resource, and of course how to get unsuspended.
I've many plugins installed to list......
(I guess the suspects are permalink redirect and XML sitemap creator)

I have unsuspended your account. High System Resource Usage suspensions are automatic so you should be able to unsuspend yourself.
Regarding what is causing the problem, it could be anything. The suspensions don't record what caused the high usage.
