Suspended for high system resource usage

Dear Sir,

My account Suspended for high system resource usage. I am using wordpress site. I did not able to get why this goes to high.

Please suggest me the way to out of this.

If it is first or second resource usage suspension then you can unsuspend yourself in account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

If it is third then staff has to do it for you.

check it.

Once you unsuspended try to remove the script which is taking the high resources.

Since this is the third suspension for high system resource usage, as gsonline stated you'll need to wait for a Staff Member to unsuspend the account. They can give you information on what script was causing the high usage and what exactly it was using (RAM, CPU, Process Time, etc). Just as a heads up, RSS fetchers, AJAX plug-ins and Database Intensive plug-ins will cause these suspensions to happen much quicker.
