suspended for high system resource usage

You have been suspended for high system resource usage.

How can I see and know exactly what is the reason: cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts and these values etc?
I had not more than 1200 pageviews (stats from banners) per day in January and I'm not believe in that my website can take too many resources.

Please help me to understand what I should optimize and unsuspend my account.
